| Great crew! Knowledgeable, trustworthy and truly helpful. Same day diagnosis of a check engine light with a recommendation to take the car to the dealership since their research showed that the faulty parts were covered by extended warranty. This ended up being invaluable information since the dealership kept denying that there was an extended warranty until I referred them to the service bulletin that EAS had found. This saved me $1,800. EAS provides full customer support even when they don?t do the repair. Outstanding! |

| Excellent service! Their work is always top notch. Ed, Scott, and their team are straight and honest with what needs to be done and what can wait. They always try to help you save money on your repairs and service. An added bonus is the 3 year, 40k mile warranty on their work for non wear and tear items. One thing I'll never forget is how I went in for brakes, and within 6 months there was vibration with my brakes. They looked them over and realized due to my car and another's that the parts they were sent from their supplier were faulty. So they replaced my brakes without charging me. E.A.S. is the place to go to service your Mercedes. I drive 2 hours to have them work on my car because they are THAT good. |
